2 questions for the day, next one to be posted in some time.
X is the second biggest bank of Spain and like most Spanish companies have a major presence in Latin America and hence the United States as well. The Bank’s name is an abbreviation of the names of three banks which have merged over the course of time to finally form X. Two of these are based in the Basque region. X has a main slogan “Y” which translates to ‘going ahead’ locally.
Alright enough of the story, Give me the place/context where you find both X and Y featured in the world of Sports.
(Hint: Think of what banks can only do in the sporting world.)
#246: Writers of Modern World

#245: Away From The Wastelands
The word X is derived from an Urdu word meaning ‘divided’ which in turn is derived from an Arabic word which also means to divide or classify. Widely used in the Indian sub-continent, it originally referred to the regions of India outside the three East India Company capitals of Bombay, Calcutta and Madras. Hence, the word now means ‘outside of the main cities; suburban or rural’. Id X.
#244: Of National Symbols and books.
X is an architectural term adopted from Italian for “fair view”, which stands for any structure built for a fine or scenic view. A X may be built in the upper part of a building for the above purpose. The actual structure can be either a turret, a cupola or an open balcony.
Connect the Description and hint in the title to crack this.

#241: Let there be (spindly) light!
X is the term coined by Artist Thomas Wilfred to refer to art created from light. The art form is distinguished mostly by its amorphous spindly moving forms (as shown in the pic). X as conceived, was a self contained and silent art, not to be combined with music or dance. Wilfred, being a pragmatist, would occasionally experiment or collaborate with other artists and disciplines.
Though Wilfred intended the term to refer to any art created using light, its use was never widely adopted. But the term X is widely known to people now after a MNC decided to name a new line of products (that mark a major change in the company’s direction) after it. What is X?
